Le Boisé is spacious and its large yard is wooded. The open concept living rooms and the 6-seater sofa invite you to relax and even take a nap in the middle of the afternoon.

And thanks to ultra-fast and efficient WIFI, you won’t miss any important meetings and can even continue listening to your favorite series.

And don’t worry about provisions, the chalet is very close to amenities to supply you.

Outside the chalet we offer :
– A fire pit at a good distance from the chalet, about twenty meters to avoid accidents.
-A spa respecting health regulations.
-A balcony with BBQ and a summer patio set.
-A parking lot that can easily accommodate 4 cars.

Inside the chalet we offer:

– 3 bedrooms with queen beds.
– Two bedrooms on the ground floor and one bedroom in the basement with Queen bed.

-We have a living room with a reading area on the ground floor and another living room with television in the basement. We offer several board games for all ages. See details in our photos.

– There is a bathroom with a nice bath on the ground floor and a bathroom with shower and washer/dryer.
– A second bathroom in the basement.
-A billiard and entertainment room is located in the basement near the living room.

-A fully equipped kitchen with dining room are in the space shared with the living room and wood fireplace.

By car, you will have access to the following amenities and attractions:

2 minutes: Marché Richelieu, SAQ, Rona, municipal skating rink, the lake, snowmobile trails and ATM.

7 minutes: municipal beach and dock for your boats (private dock available on request)

15 minutes: Chertsey offers a Provigo, a pharmacy and a few take-out restaurants

20 minutes: Ski Montcalm, Estérel and some restaurants in Sainte-Marguerite

35 minutes : Mont Garceau (St-Donat), Val Saint-Côme, La Source spa (Rawdon)

You can start directly from your garage to go on an adventure on the trails! For the more athletic, you can go snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or even skating on two ice rinks: one behind the town hall and one at the Lac des Îles.

More than 5 ski hills are available to you within 30 minutes!

An equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, basic kitchen equipment including coffee maker and toaster, all the utensils necessary for making dishes, dishwasher, stove, etc.) with a dining room which accompanies the space shared with the living room and wood fireplace. (Details in photo)

À l’extérieur du chalet nous proposons:

– Un pit de feu à une bonne distance du chalet, soit environ une vingtaine de mètres pour éviter les accidents.

-un set de patio pour l’Été équipé d’une table pour vos repas en groupe à côté du BBQ.
-Jacuzzi et kayak disponibles
-Un stationnement qui accueille facilement 4 voitures.
Accès au lac
Les voyageurs peuvent se rendre à un lac en empruntant un sentier

À l’intérieur du chalet il y a :

– 3 chambres dont 2 chambres équipées avec 2 lits double place chacune de type Queen et une chambre avec un lit single de type Queen.

-Le salon est très spacieux et équipé d’une télévision avec Netflix et il est composé d’une table de billards. (Détails en photos).

-Une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l’italienne et une autre salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo et WC.
-Une salle de billard et divertissement se trouve au sous-sol près du salon.
-Une cuisine équipée (réfrigérateur, four à micro-ondes, équipement de cuisine de base y compris cafetière et grille pain, tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour confectionner des plats, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière,…etc) avec salle à manger qui accompagne l’espace partagé avec le salon et foyer au bois.

*BRUIT*
Nous ne tolérons pas de bruit excessif à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur.

*SPA*
Il est obligatoire de prendre une douche et ne pas avoir des crèmes hydratantes avant d’utiliser le SPA
Le spa est disponible tout au long de l’année.

*FUMEURS*
Il est interdit de fumer dans la maison.

*ANIMAUX*
Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés dans le chalet pour 100$/séjour
Le chalet n’accueille que 2 animaux seulement.

*TV*
Le chalet est équipé d’ une télévision intelligente mais pas de chaîne par câble.
Vous avez accès à des applications comme Netflix et Youtube.

*FOYER / BÛCHES*
Il y a un foyer extérieur à votre disposition. Nous offrons six bûches par séjour. Si vous désirez vous en procurer plus, vous pourrez en acheter au dépanneur à 3 minutes du chalet, je vous enverrai les adresses avant votre séjour .
