Chalet Ouareau’s spacious indoors is perfect to accommodate family and friends of 6, with its 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 comfy beds

The outdoors is equipped with a relaxing spa in the middle of nature and with a lovely river view. The chalet is 2minutes away from the Ouareau forest and its hiking trails.

You are required to complete the pre-check form for the $1500 security deposit along with providing a valid ID, the link to the form will be sent in our confirmation message.

Guest access:

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook your favorite meals.
Other amenities such a TV, Wi-Fi, washer and also a dryer. An indoor and outdoor fireplace, a private hot tub are some of the attractions of this warm chalet.

Guests also have a dedicated workspace with wifi that’s well-suited for remote working.

The chalet, the private hot tub is reserved only for guests registered before arrival.

IMPORTANT: This is a top-of-the-range chalet in a contemporary style, furnished with care, with large bay windows, and is very bright. It is perfect for family reunions, relaxation weekends with friends, and ski weekends. It is not suitable for graduation parties, drinking parties, etc. We ensure that the number of people indicated on the rental agreement is respected (strict supervision on site) and we ask tenants to respect the calm neighborhood after 10 p.m., under penalty of penalties.

Other points to note

– IMPORTANT: Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “party animals”).
A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.

– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for hypoallergenic cleaning.
All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.

-Please note that our guests do not have access to the commodities of “Fiddler resort” (swimming pool, golf court, etc..)

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m. We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise after 10 p.m. and/or nocturnal uproar;

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11 a.m.

Chalet ‘Ouareau’ is located 1 hour from Montreal and 35 minutes from the ski slopes of Saint-Côme.

Noise:
Excessive noise is not allowed either inside or outside.

It is compulsory to take a shower and not have moisturizing creams before using the hot tub.
The hot tub is available throughout the year.

Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet.

Pets are accepted in the cabin for $100 / stay
The chalet only welcomes 2 animals.
