– IMPORTANT: Strict control of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times (no “party people”).
A penalty of $125+taxes per night per additional person will be retained.

– We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.
Chalet experience is guaranteed anti-allergic.

– Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m.

– Arrival is after 4 p.m. departure is before 11am.
